Lumière au Chocolat: A Melting Beacon of Light: The designer Alexander Lervick recently unveiled his "chocolate lamp" at the Lightworks Exhibition held as a part of Stockholm Design Week, and it’s the sweetest lamp we’ve ever seen. Chocolate shaped like a pyramid with the top cut off surrounds a lightbulb and slowly melts as the bulb heats up. The chocolate pools at the bottom of the lamp, and when you turn the light off, hardens into chunks for easy munching. The only downside is that before the chocolate melts, no light shines through. So if you like delayed gratification when it comes to your lighting and your dessert, this is the lamp for you.
