A Cheesecake Factory Dish Makes Unhealthiest List: Is your go-to order at the Cheesecake Factory the Shrimp Bistro Pasta? If so, you may be in for a shock. Turns out that the buttery, cream-doused pasta packs a mean caloric punch—3,100 punches, to be exact. 3,100 punches, to be exact. The dish is so bad for you that the Center for Science in the Public Interest recently added it to its anual Unhealthiest Dishes List that alerts consumers to menu items with atrocious nutritional stats. Here at Test Kitchen we have a book coming out in March, Comfort Food Makeovers, that reworks unhealthy restaurant recipes, like this one, to cut calories and fat. Stay tuned, because it will make your waistline and tastebuds equally happy.
