Tastykakes, The Savior of Twinkies?: Flower Foods Inc., the owner of Tastykakes, Nature’s Own, and Cobblestone Mill, is buying six of Hostess’ food brands for $390 million. While the deal isn’t finalized until the bankruptcy court approves it, the potential move gives hope to all the Twinkie, Ho Ho, and Wonder Bread lovers who were previously bereft at the thought of never biting into an indestructible pastry again.
