Hot Chocolate Tastes Better When the Mug is Orange: Think the mug you drink your hot cocoa out of doesn’t affect how it tastes? Think again. According to a study done by scientists at the Polytechnic University of Valencia in Spain, participants who drank hot chocolate out of a creamsicle-colored mug thought it tasted better than when they drank the same beverage out of a white or red mug. Apparently the saying was wrong: it’s not rose-colored, but orange-colored glasses that make the world a little bit more delicious.
