Rejoice! Holiday Left-Overs Don’t Actually Go Bad When Their Expiration Dates Say: If you’re like many of us here at the Test Kitchen, you’ve got tons of food sitting in your fridge after the holidays. And even though it’s all past the expiration date, it still feels wrong to toss it, right?
