At Brazilian Burger Chain, Eat the Wrapper Along with the Burger: A Brazilian fast food restaurant is taking the phrase “clean plate club” to a whole new level by offering edible wrappers for its burgers. Though the introduction of the wrappers may be more of a marketing ploy than a permanent menu fixture, some experts believe that edible wrapping is the way of the future.
