Vandals Kick Off a Wine War in Italy: In what has been deemed an act of large-scale vandalism, the cellars of a famed winery in Tavernelle, Italy, were the target of an attack that destroyed 25 million dollars worth of wine. And this wasn’t a random attack; it’s believed that the criminals wanted to teach the estate proprieter, Gianfranco Soldera, a lesson in humility.
