Pay By Weight, Minimize Food Waste: Food waste is a huge problem in many areas of the world, but none more so than Dubai. And now one restaurant is trying to change the city’s reputation for excess by implementing a pay-by-weight model, which will hopefully discourage people from leaving perfectly good, unfinished food on their plates.
